• “System” – refers to the Onfon Media Property Management System, including its web-based and mobile platforms.

2. User Accounts

• Users must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Unauthorized use of your account must be reported immediately.

3. Permitted Use

You agree to use the system only for lawful property management activities including but not limited to:

• Tenant management
• Lease tracking
• Maintenance coordination
• Financial record-keeping

You may not:

• Use the system for illegal or fraudulent purposes
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the system’s source code
• Interfere with the system’s functionality or integrity

4. Data and Privacy

All data provided and managed in the system is subject to our Privacy Policy.
We will take reasonable steps to protect your data but cannot guarantee complete security due to the nature of the internet.

5. Fees and Payments

• Some features or services may be subject to subscription or usage fees.
• Fees will be communicated clearly before any charges are applied.
• Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of your access.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the system without notice if:

• You violate any of these Terms
• We are required by law or regulatory action
• You fail to pay due fees after sufficient notice

7. Limitation of Liability

Onfon Media shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• Service interruptions or errors beyond our reasonable control

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property in the system are owned or licensed by Onfon Media. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the system without our permission.

9. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the system after updates means you accept the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya.
